LEADERSHIP:

I cofounded an organization called Advocates for Inclusion in Media (AIM), which supports underrepresented people in media.

We have now grown into a network of over 600 industry professionals with sponsorships from Google News Lab, Oath: RYOT, and Matter and hope to continue to help change the landscape of media for the better.

I am also on the leadership committee for Women In Film Revolution, which is an organization comprised of over 80 women leaders in media who focus on parity.
